So i installed 4 gb patch because i had problem that in the bus i had things white and atfer i installed it i always have black things but if i zoom it then the black thing dissaper and when i unzoom then it appears again i already did in steam forum discussion about it but they couldnt help me with that

Ctrl+Alt+Delete, open task manager and then go back to game. Dont ask me why, it should help tho.

Try disabling bump map in the graphics settings (advanced).
